Cobotex takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect on cobotex.com and through our professional relationships, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.

We do not collect special-category data (GDPR art. 9); please do not include any in the message field.
Cobotex management and, where relevant, consultants handling your request, bound by confidentiality; and, only as needed, our processors under GDPR art. 28 contracts: website host Funio (Canada), email Funio (Canada), and for clients our chartered accountant and bank. We never sell or rent your data, share it with a partner firm only with your prior agreement, and disclose it to authorities only where the law requires.
cobotex.com, the data entered in its forms and our business email are hosted in Canada by Funio. Canada benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision (Decision 2002/2/EC, confirmed in 2024) for organisations subject to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). For our other providers, we prefer the EU. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or the Commission's standard contractual clauses; a copy is available from info@cobotex.com.
The online assessment score is calculated automatically, is indicative only and has no legal effect on you.
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limited to authorised people, strong authentication on our accounts, backups, and providers offering sufficient guarantees. Personal data breaches posing a risk are notified to the CNIL within 72 hours, and to you where the law requires.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including, without reason, to any marketing) and withdrawal of consent at any time, as well as instructions on your data after death (French Data Protection Act, art. 85). Write to info@cobotex.com or to the registered office. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests, and may ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubt. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at cnil.fr.
